These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BatGarage Detailing LLC's website, booking system, and text-message (SMS) communications. By booking a service or opting into our SMS messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging program
BatGarage Detailing LLC sends transactional text messages to customers who opt in. These messages include booking confirmations, booking status updates, and one-time login/verification codes. This is not a marketing program.
- Opt-in: By submitting a booking with your phone number — or by giving us your number verbally, in person or by phone — you consent to receive these service-related SMS messages.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Bookings
Bookings are requests for service and are confirmed by us before they are final. Prices and services described on this site are starting points; final pricing depends on your vehicle's size and condition and is confirmed before work begins. Prices and services are subject to change.
Ceramic coating cure policy
Ceramic coatings require a minimum 4-hour in-garage cure before the vehicle leaves our bay. Because each coating ties up the bay for the day, we install one ceramic coating per day. We will confirm your scheduled window when we accept your booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible so we can offer the bay to another customer. Because we run a single bay, late cancellations and no-shows may affect availability for future bookings.
